Randy and Rhonda Berg, currently living in San Mateo... moved to Grecia 8 years ago intending to retire. After many "trials and tribulations" while building their first home and acquiring their property, they decided to write about the many problems they encountered in hopes that others could learn from their mistakes.

The company now has three offices in the country and six smaller developments. They provide construction and design services as well as real estate services across much of Costa Rica. Because of their emphasis upon education and knowledge for the client... they have become the leader in the "affordable" market place and pride themselves on their reputation in Costa Rica. |
